Kasus salah sasaran paket bantuan sosial terkait pandemi Covid-19 kembali terjadi.

Kali ini, peristiwa tersebut ada di perumahan mewah Sunter Indah, RW 012 Kelurahan Sunter Jaya, Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara.

Perlu diketahui, ada 10 orang berada di RW tersebut yang masuk dalam daftar penerima bansos.

Bahkan, ada yang memiliki sebuah rumah bewah dengan tiga lantai.

Hal ini diungkapkan langsung oleh Ketua RW 012 Sunter Jaya, Kurniawan Sutedjo.

Menurutnya, sepuluh warga yang terdata sebagai penerima itu memiliki kesadaran untuk tidak menerima bantuan sembako.

"Memang kesadaran sendiri."

"Boleh dibilang sebagian besar kesadaran sendiri," kata Kurniawan saat ditemui di Pos RW 012 Sunter Jaya, Senin (20/4/2020) seperti dikutip dari TribunJakarta.

Ia menambahkan, sepuluh warga yang memilih untuk tidak menerima sembako juga sudah dikunjungi pengurus RT setempat.

Pengurus RT lalu melihat mereka adalah pemilik rumah mewah dengan tiga lantai di Sunter Indah.

"Jadi RT-nya mengunjungi warganya dan melihat rumahnya cukup besar, lantai 3, dan dia sadar sendiri untuk diberikan kepada warga yang membutuhkan," kata Kurniawan.

Di perumahan tersebut, terdapat 32 warga yang terdata sebagai penerima bantuan.

Sebanyak 22 paket sembako lainnya tetap diterima warga yang sebelumnya terdata sebagai penerima bantuan.

Menurut Kurniawan, 22 warga yang menerima sembako itu merupakan masyarakat yang membutuhkan.

"Saya lihat, dan RT-nya sendiri melihat."

"Memang ekonominya harus dibantu, kebanyakan orang tua dan sudah lanjut usia, tidak berpenghasilan, dan hidup sendiri," kata Kurniawan.

Terkait dengan data penerima yang tidak tepat sasaran ini, Kurniawan mengaku kebingungan.

Menurut dia, pendataan pembagian sembako ini kurang jelas.

"Ya inilah yang kita bingung, kenapa warga kami yang ekonominya cukup mampu tapi kok mendapatkan bansos seperti ini," ucap Kurniawan.

Pertengahan April 2020 lalu, tanpa ada sosialiasi lebih awal, pihak Dinas Sosial memberikan data kepada RW 012 Sunter Jaya.

Dari data itu, ada 32 orang di RW 012 yang akan menerima bantuan.

"Dari data Pemprov DKI kita terima 32 paket memang."

"Cuman tidak memenuhi sasaran, karena yang mendapatkan itu bisa dibilang 60-70 persen itu mereka ekonomi cukup lah," jelas dia.

Pantauan TribunJakarta.com, perumahan Sunter Indah terlihat dipenuhi rumah-rumah mewah.
Bahkan, di dalam kompleks perumahan itu, terdapat beberapa rumah yang berlantai 3.

Sebagian besar warga yang tinggal di dalam perumahan Sunter Indah pun terlihat memiliki mobil pribadi.

Merasa Tak Layak Menerima, Warga Kelapa Gading Kembalikan Bansos Pemerintah

Peristiwa serupa juga dialami oleh sejumlah warga RW 07 Kelapa Gading Barat, Jakarta Utara.

Mereka mengembalikan bantuan sosial yang mereka terima dari pemerintah saat pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) DKI Jakarta.

Camat Kelapa Gading M Harmawan mengatakan setidaknya ada 20 paket sembako yang dikembalikan oleh warga.

"Dikembalikannya hari Senin atau Selasa lalu," kata Harmawan dalam pesan singkatnya kepada Kompas.com, Minggu (19/4/2020).

Tak hanya pengembalian, sejumlah warga Kelapa Gading bahkan ada yang memilih membagi-bagikan kembali bantuan sosial yang mereka terima kepada warga yang lebih membutuhkan.

Harmawan mengatakan, pengembalian bantuan sosial tersebut terjadi karena warga penerima bantuan sosial merasa mampu menghadapi PSBB ini.

"Jadi bukan menolak, mengembalikan. Mereka berterimakasih dan apresiasi terhadap program Pak Gubernur. Tapi karena mereka masih mampu dan punya persediaan makanan, mereka menitipkan untuk mengalihkan bantuan kepada warga yang lebih membutuhkan," ucap Harmawan.

Terkait alasan mengapa warga mampu tersebut mendapat bantuan, Harmawan menyampaikan bahwa soal pendataan berada di tingkat Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta.

Adapun bantuan sosial tersebut kemudian dikembalikan kepada PD Pasar Jaya.

"Barang belum sempat diturunkan dari truk, dibuat berita acara pengembaliannya dari RW ke PD Pasar Jaya," tutur Harmawan.

Adapun program pembagian bansos berlangsung dua pekan, yakni dari 9 April lalu hingga 24 April 2020 atau selama masa PSBB di Jakarta diberlakukan.

Pemprov DKI Jakarta menargetkan 1,2 juta kepala keluarga (KK) jadi penerima bansos itu.

Dana program itu bersumber dari realokasi APBD Provinsi DKI Jakarta.
